This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

This sprawling, majestic home situated on a private point boasts spectacular water views and unbelievable sunsets. The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.
