You can either sit on the south deck overlooking a marina to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Out on the north deck you can BBQ a delicious meal.

Cook meals over the fire or grill and relax under the stars in the wood-fired hot tub (seasonal). Enjoy some modern comforts while getting up close with nature so you can truly unwind. Park your car and walk to the bars and restaurants. Not far from state parks and wineries. Our home has 2 balconies and a dock to hangout on. It comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation! It is the end townhouse on the right side. Parking for 4 sedans and additional parking close.

WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.
