We can make sleep 10-12 people in our 4 bedrooms with 7 beds and one sofa-bed. We have tried to anticipate your meal preparation needs, and the spacious kitchen should have everything you may need. Located 15 minutes from downtown Boone, 5 minutes from Tennessee, Blowimg Rock, Banner Elk, and close to all 3 ski slopes, restaurants.

Rich Mountain View near Boone and ASU

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you
