Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla, immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dalla famosa Piazzetta di Portofino e dal Castello Brown. Dotato di ogni comfort, per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole. Dotato di due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno, una cucina con caratteristiche antiche e una veranda spaziosissima. Inoltre da ammirare la vista dal balcone che dà sul centro di Portofino e da lontano anche un po’ di mare, insomma, i cento gradini di accesso saranno sicuramente ripagati :)

L'inverno al Tigullio Rocks

PER FAVORE LEGGETE FINO IN FONDO: e' un monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. lavori di MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA NON CONSENTONO di scendere sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. There are only 25 steps separating the apartment from the sea. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

La casa è totalmente indipendente, immersa nel verde dell'uliveto ligure, con una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso. Il panorama fruibile dalle terrazze e dalle finestre si apre dall'estremo ponente ligure al Monte di Portofino e nelle giornate limpide fino all'arcipelago toscano e la Corsica. Il mare (500 m.) Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)
