Appartamento situato in zona tranquilla, immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dalla famosa Piazzetta di Portofino e dal Castello Brown. Dotato di ogni comfort, per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole. Dotato di due camere da letto, un bagno, un soggiorno, una cucina con caratteristiche antiche e una veranda spaziosissima. Inoltre da ammirare la vista dal balcone che dà sul centro di Portofino e da lontano anche un po’ di mare, insomma, i cento gradini di accesso saranno sicuramente ripagati :)

PER FAVORE LEGGETE FINO IN FONDO: e' un monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. lavori di MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA NON CONSENTONO di scendere sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length

Il mare in casa

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Recco(1200 m.) il Parco Nazionale di Portofino(3km) sono raggiungibili oltre che in auto, anche a piedi con panoramiche passeggiate; Genova-Nervi dista 12 km (SS1 Aurelia)

Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!
