RELAX SUL MARE Centralissimo appartamento fronte mare al secondo piano, appena ristrutturato ed arredato, con ingresso in passeggiata a mare. L'accesso alla spiaggia sotto casa è immediato, bastano asciugamano e costume. La finestra offre una vista mozzafiato sul Promontorio di Portofino e spettacolari tramonti. La sera si possono trascorrere indimenticabili momenti di relax con il sottofondo rilassante delle onde. L’appartamento può essere vissuto piacevolmente durante tutti i mesi dell’anno

La Casa dei Limoni vi accoglie con la sua vista mozzafiato sul Golfo Paradiso e sul Promontorio di Portofino. E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento. Un ampio terrazzo attrezzato, affacciato su una vista tuttotondo, permette di passare momenti indimenticabili. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a circa 1 km raggiungibile a piedi o in macchina.

On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Monolocale al Tigullio Rocks, vicino al mare Sembra quasi di poterlo toccare e di notte si sente il rumore delle onde. PER FAVORE LEGGETE: lavori di manutenzione straordinaria non consentono di scendere a piedi o con la nostra funivia sulla nostra spiaggia privata e di utilizzare la piscina. The flat is near Portofino and you also can reach easily the 5 Terre by ferry or train! The flat has 4 sleeping places, 1 double bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed for 2, 140 x 200cm in the living room, kitchen , bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided. The apartment has direct access to the beach and the sea promenade that allows you to reach the other beaches and the center of Zoagli The beach below has a reduced size compared to the first photograph, the sea has changed the conformation. The platform on the left is present 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.7m in length
