Das alte Bauernhaus wurde aufwendig kernsaniert, auf zwei Wohnungen geteilt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Dabei wurden hochwertige Materialien verbaut. Teilweise wurden alte Möbelstücke in dem modernen Einrichtungsstil integriert. Lage: sehr ruhig zwischen Tegernsee und Achensee
