Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un grande giardino condiviso interamente fruibile. E' composto da un'elegante camera matrimoniale con vista piscina, un ampio e luminoso bagno ed una cucina privata situata in un locale separato, a pochi metri dalla struttura principale e completa di ogni comfort.

Questo studio si trova dentro Villa Lionti, fra Catania e l'Etna, a 500 metri slm. Nella villa ci sono altri 5 appartamenti con caratteristiche diverse. Gli architetti dicono che è la villa meglio preservata in tutta la Sicilia orientale Questo monovano è di circa 35 mq, ristrutturato nel 2026 con stile moderno, è composto da una grande stanza con zona pranzo, area cucina completa e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Si tratta di un moderno loft, nel cuore di una villa dei primi del Novecento. È stato appena restaurato e arricchito dalla presenza di mobili antichi. La zona giorno a piano terra con il divano letto e il camino funzionante; la zona notte si trova al piano di sopra, arricchita dall’utilizzo di un pavimento in castagno dell’Etna. Ampio antibagno con armadi su misura a scomparsa, moderno bagno con doccia extralarge. Spazi esterni ampi, giardino e piscina.
