Situated in a quiet residential private road with easy access to York centre via the main bus route at the end of the lane, or via a pleasant walk. Close to local pubs, a shop and a cafe. 5 minutes drive from a supermarket and retail park which includes a bowling alley and a cinema. The cottage is fully refurbished with beautifully presented new kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet, new bathroom and 2 large bedrooms.

The annexe is very eco-friendly with solar electricity and ground source heating so your stay will be carbon neutral. It is close to great pubs and scenic places. The studio is self contained , private, light and airy with wonderful views over looking fields of open countryside. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use. There is plenty of space for parking and a lockable bike storage is provided. The Village has a post office which is adequately stocked for essentials if needed.

Our late Victorian Railway cottage, with FREE on street parking. A stone’s throw from the Railway Museum and station. We have shops, pubs and a playground in our little neighbourhood - The Railway Quarter - right next to the town centre, which is easily reached via a lovely walk by the river or a couple of minutes by bus/car. We have two Double Rooms and sofa bed, catering for either families or mixed groups.
