This elegant, large and comfortable apartment is located in Acquaviva. “Le Fonti” is a structure of 110 m2, with a large veranda of 30 m2 with sofas, and is composed of an elegant living room with a 3.00 m sofa with chaise longue and 55-inch TV, a living area with kitchen, complete of every household appliance, crockery and accessories, two bedrooms with large wardrobes, furnishings and accessories, modern and refined bathroom, laundry area complete with washing machine and clothes washer.

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
