It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

They are located downstairs (the house upstairs is where i usually live!) in an oliveyard. From the house you can reach Papanero beach (5' on foot through a path) Agios Ioannis village(15'), Damouchari (10') and many more places.
