Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Originally farm house set in private rural setting 5 mins from 90 Mile Beach ,awesome location .Plenty of space ,family and pet friendly. Ideal stop off on way to or from the Cape. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
