Villa Poseidon is not in Kaşcenter as shown in Airbnb location but on Kaşpeninsula, is a spacious luxury seafront villa and measuring 372sq meters of living space. From the Villa, there are private steps leading down to our own swimming platform into the sea. There is a traditional Turkish oven in the garden also a gas powered BBQ. Villa Poseidon offers spacious well-appointed rooms, fully air-conditioned, all having stunning sea views. The Villa has beautiful patina aged oak floors in rooms.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kaş in the most picturesque street, at the foot of the Lycian tomb with the lion head. Elevated within the garden and surrounded by greenery, it provides a sense of privacy and calm throughout the day. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the Treehouse to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
