A 2.5* bedroom, 2 bath, two-story home on all-sports Gilletts Lake in Jackson, MI two minutes off of I-94. The entire home has been remodeled and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The open floor plan provides beautiful views of the lake - sometimes you may feel that you are ON a boat! Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and paddleboards to explore this peaceful lake. There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Benham Schoolhouse

Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Serenity on School Lake

Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Spacious yard with plenty of parking. Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on desirable South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Water’s Edge, Lakefront, Kayaks, Pet Friendly

Tranquil lake living! The Water’s Edge is a great way to enjoy the lake. It is right on the water with kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and a canoe to venture out with. The hot tub accommodates 6 people. The sunroom has beautiful views as well as a couple of beds that can be used if the weather is nice. There is nothing better than falling asleep to lake sounds and a pleasant breeze! Please no college partyers.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
