Kerban's Overlook

Nice, clean apartment just 5 minutes from Michigan Tech and a view of Portage Lake (lake access too!). One stall of garage parking available so you can go right from car to apartment without dealing with the snow. The driveway is plowed. Wifi, heat, keurig coffee selection included. Washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom with a shower. Full kitchen and electric fireplace. Stairlift from garage. Queen sized bed with additional pullout couch (about full sz) and toddler bed.

Captains Quarter's House

Captains Quarter's is located in a unique fishing village with the Big Traverse River on one side and Lake Superior on the other. Inside the home large windows provide views of both the lake and the river. Your private beach on Lake Superior is 110 steps away from the back door. The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.

Beautifully appointed cabin has every amenity of home. Massive stone fireplace greets guests after a day on the snowmobile trail or making turns on the ski slopes. Fully equipped kitchen means you don't have to eat out. Dedicated laundry space. Large master bedroom with master bath and a large walk in shower. Second bedroom and separate bathroom. Large open great room. Relax by the fire and watch the snow fall. There is parking available for snowmobile trailers.

Relax with friends and family at this peaceful cozy cabin. A perfect 4 seasons cabin on a the ravine river. Enjoy steelhead trout fishing, walking in the woods, winter sports ect. Near Lake Superior. Finn’s bar and grill, and huron bay trading post for groceries and gas. We are a fully furnished cabin with a queen sized bed, full size bed and a twin, with a large sofa and a newer love seat. The Ski Street house is in Calumets Swedetown division. The house is located on ATV, biking, hiking and ski trails for year round recreational fun. The Swedetown ponds and the recreational area are 1/4 mile from the house. Along the trails are apple trees, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and choke cherries for picking during the summer. Winter parking 2 available spots.

Cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath residential home

This cozy home is located in Dollar Bay which is just minutes to Houghton (4 miles). Enjoy the deck, covered porch or patio while cooking on the grill. Close to snowmobile trail, restaurant bar and convenience store (all only 1-2 blocks). Plenty of room to sleep with 3 bedrooms and a queen hideaway bed.
