Our three bedroom, two bath 1900 square foot new home, set on a quiet three and a half acres, boasts high ceilings, immensely large windows, and 2 sets of wide, modern french doors allowing the light to pour in. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops includes a breakfast bar for four and a dining table for eight. Both the upstairs and downstairs open floor plan living areas encompass comfortable furniture with smart TVs allowing you to access your Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon accounts.

In winter, ride snowmobiles, cross country ski, or snowshoe right from the backyard! Heated garage to dry winter gear & toys. In summer, raft the Snake or day trip to Jackson. Close to ATV and bike trails. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. RV hookup available upon request.

This house also has a magnificent kitchen full of utensils available for your use. A dining table equipped with a lovely view of the lake and mountains to look at while you dine, a bar station for you to relax and enjoy a drink. A laundry room. An extra bed. And a second floor where you can enjoy the views + ac unit.

This secluded mountain home with RV parking(no hookups) and a hot tub is ideal for family vacations, ski/snowmobile trips, Yellowstone/Grand Teton, and small events. The wooded 3.4-acre property at the end of a cul-de-sac borders Wyoming BLM land to the east. National Forest Access via North and South Leigh Canyon is just a couple miles from the house. Hike/bike/snowmobile directly from the house.
