Also an easy 30 min Drive to Beaver Stadium & PSU state College. We are located on a private lane, & altho there are other houses in close proximity, we are a quiet neighborhood! We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home.
