Hello! Our cabin is a secluded place to get you close to nature! It’s a beautiful fully furnished cabin ready for your family to come and enjoy the high desert of NV. Our town is Vya, NV. We are about 30 minute drive from Cedarville. That’s the closest gas station and grocery store. The cabin has does have WiFi if you choose to sign into it. So we as hosts can keep in touch from a distance. We have a website and Facebook as well. We charge per person per night. We also welcome dogs and horses!

Restful and within an hour and a half of beautiful Mt Shasta, one hour from McCloud river falls, one hour from Burney Falls, one hour 15 minutes from Lava Beds, on the way to Reno from Oregon, a great place to stay if your visiting family in the area, coming to a wedding, reunion, need a couples get-a-way or mini vacation, duck-geese-deer-antelope hunting, fishing and great stargazing area, just a fun stop on your travels through!

The Bank - Downtown Alturas Apt

The E. Lauer & Sons building, built in 1903 by Emmanuel Lauer, originally housed the area's 1st general merchandise store selling farm equipment & more. Lauer also operated the Bank of Modoc County in the back (where this apt is now) & later added a furniture department. This apartment, featuring "vintage charm," is centrally located in downtown Alturas, just steps from the historic Niles Hotel & other points of interest. Pardon mess as the rest of the building will be a future brewery.

The bunk house

Do you want a ranch vacation? Are you traveling with horses & need a lay over. We have room for both you and your horses too. If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.

The Annexe

Sweet Surprise Valley home with lovely fenced yard. Right in the heart of peaceful little Eagleville, CA, sits this charming 3 bedroom cottage. There is decks and a fenced grassy yard for a small/medium dog. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a big kitchen, a dining area, and a separate laundry room. Also, a large deck for BBQing and dining. Lounge chairs in back shaded deck. Please let me know if you are bringing a pet. This house is six people max.

Rockin' TD Ranch Guest House

This cozy 1,400 sq. foot guesthouse (fully-furnished, ADA compliant, single level) has large picture windows and front porch, allowing guests to witness the incredible outdoor views of Long Valley, NV. The private rock garden with chairs is a great place to sit and relax. Come stargaze, hike or just decompress. Guests have said it's amazing! Please be aware that we are 22 miles from the nearest town/hospital.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy staying in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. This house has that clean and old fashioned feel which makes it a cozy home away from home. Enjoy sitting outside under the covered porch. There is plenty of space to stay in, and if you want to go out, nothing is far away.

Cindy's Cottage

Our home is very neat and tidy. It is a great space for a family looking for a little more then a hotel room. It is conveniently located one block from Main Street, Niles Saloon & Hotel, Antonio's, Shopping, the Courthouse and near Modoc Medical Center. Sorry no pets and absolutely no smoking of any kind.

The Cottage at Winje's Farm

The Cottage was built in the 1860's by the first pioneer/settler. Miller Creek is named after him. It has been lovingly restored to meet modern requirements without losing any of its charm. We are your only neighbours for miles around.
