Partially modeled after the historic Death Valley Junction Hotel (Amargosa Opera House), this property is sited on 40 acres in the heart of a working, organic farm. Excellent stargazing and close to the Amargosa Big Dune sand dune, with good access to Beatty, NV and two entrances to Death Valley National Park. ~ U.S. National Park Service says that the entrances and roads into DVNP will remain open and accessible during the government shutdown. NPS will provide emergency services. ~ Designed To Death is a stunning, well appointed vacation house set on a private hill with incredible mountain and sunset views. Plush beds, huge living/kitchen/dining rooms, log-burning fireplace, landscaped palm tree filled patios— all in a quaint town known for the wild burros that wander its charming streets.

Vineyard Bottling Room outside of Death Valley NP

The Bottling Room at Tarantula Ranch Vineyard is a private guest studio situated next to our families micro-vineyard located outside of Death Valley National Park in the Mojave Desert. The room was formally used for crushing, bottling, and aging wine but we have completely remodeled it into a small studio with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette, powder room, and outdoor shower. Aside from the vineyard view, enjoy the wild desert views and amazing night skies while visiting.

Desert Nights Getaway

We're a pleasant drive from many points of interest including Mount Charleston, Red Rock Canyon, Death Valley, Ash Meadows and much more! Enjoy a quiet evening watching a movie on Netflix or visit one of the local casinos for fun and excitement. Nighttime view of the desert sky is breathtaking. Enjoy! You’ll love my place because of privacy, fenced yard, clean and cozy, front deck to have coffee or cocktails while enjoying the peaceful desert. It is just miles from Rhyolite ghost town, Death Valley, hot springs and more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups. Our space is 8 miles to the entrance to Death Valley through Daylight Pass.

There is also a store belonging to us, "Martell Market" just a two mins walk away.
