Quiet and peaceful BnB in the Italian province. There is a separate small house at guests' disposal. The territory is fenced. The owner's house is located on the same territory. Kitchen with sofa bed for one person, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes. Bedroom with TV, comfortable sofa bed for two, bookcase, mirror. Shower and toilet in private. towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel. There is a private sauna. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and towels.

The b&b is located on the ground floor of a building in Sirolo, facing the old city walls. The most beautiful beaches of the coast (Urbani, San Michele and Sassi Neri) are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The shared garden has tables and chairs to enjoy open-air breakfast and the parking is just 150 m away from the room.
