Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Beautifully renovated 2nd-floor apartment located in a historic church building, one block from downtown Mckinney Square, near an abundance of shops and eateries, directly across from The Yard restaurant. Parking & wifi is included. The apartment comes with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. In the private bedroom, you will enjoy the lush, king-size bed and the unique, retractable ceiling fan/chandelier. All proceeds will support the mission of GracePoint, including foreign missions.
