Very modern and house is upgraded to the max. House is 1,700 sf, 3 bed, 2 bath with an outdoor bar, pool and spa. The pool is not heated but the Spa more than makes up for it. The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.

Welcome to our Gold Canyon Getaway. It contains 4 bedrooms (5 beds), 3 bathrooms and is a generous 2550 square feet. This house was renovated and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosaur Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
