The Barn at Summit House

The Barn is the entire second floor (1,500 SF) of a secondary garage structure. The unit has a full kitchen, full bathroom with laundry units, and one bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed within the bedroom. The living room has an 85" TV with surround sound and unique fireplace. There is an outdoor patio with grill with views of a flower garden and waterfall. There is also a pond onsite that can be fished and has a beach and swim docks. There are also hiking trails on site.

Enjoy our secluded cabin, pond, and picnic area with many acres to roam. Rest comes easy with the privacy and peaceful woodlands that is the setting of our family's newly refurbished vacation space. Up to two Cots available upon request (must bring your own bedding.) Comfortable space for up to 4 guests. Our cozy cabin is the perfect chance to unplug from the busyness of life, equipped with WiFi but very sparse cell reception. WiFi calling feature can be used for important connections.

This cabin is a rustic getaway with all the comforts of home. Nestled in the woods, the cabin has an abundance of hiking trails with a covered bridge, and small farm that guests are welcome to visit. From APPROXIMATELY December 1 - March 1, the property is home to a full size sheet of ice. The rink and farm are featured in the 2022 Bauer Hockey holiday catalog. Be sure to bring your skates! A travelling massage therapist may be available for private bookings with a few days notice.

The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.
