A beautiful farm cottage located on a working organic farm, on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors. The cottage is based in Spaunton, North Yorkshire. Perfect for walks on the moor or exploring local places, Lastingham, Hutton Le Hole, Pickering, Kirkbymoorside and Helmsley are all close by. We are pet friendly but ask the dogs are please kept on the lead on the farm/farm yard. Please ensure parking rules are respected. Parking is for ONE vehicle only within the designated area.

This cottage, in the village of Wrelton near Pickering, was a 19th century blacksmith's forge and has now been renovated into a delightful living space complete with fully-equipped kitchen, large living room area, bathroom with walk-in shower and a cosy bedroom located on a mezzanine floor which is reached via a spiral staircase. The Old Forge offers a great location for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Yorkshire.

The wood fired hot tub is a few steps away from the hut and is for your sole use. Just beyond the is seating area and a grillkota where you can sit and toast Marshmallows. Just a few feet away is the toilet and shower block for your private use.
