Our art studio with one bedroom is a separate building on main road with a garden. It is comfortable and has great aura located on Roubinyants st.. There are many shops round and 24 hours open supermarket. Easy to access to all major transportation. I can help you also with airport pick up/drop off and organize sightseeing/cultural tours in Yerevan and outside of it. There can be also traditional Armenian meal and cooking training from my mother's and grandma's receipts.

The house is located in the immediate neighbourhood of Victory Park, in the luxury district of Yerevan. You can rent one to five separate rooms or the entire house.
