Our fun log cabin is the perfect place to escape it all and get away. The loft sleeps 2 in a queen bed. The full bath has a walk-in shower and the living room has a gas fireplace & TV. The kitchen lets you fix your meals. You'll have full access to the lake & pontoon paddle boat. Go fishing, boating, hiking on the property. We have a large fire pit for you to use and fishing gear & life jackets We are so close to State Parks, Pilot Mountain & Hanging Rock. Tour Mayberry at Mt. Airy and More.

Hideaway Log Cabin

Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.

Relax at our unique and tranquil getaway named for our love for Portuguese Water Dogs. (SEE HOUSE RULES FOR DOG GUIDELINES) .Enjoy the views. Or choose to engage in near by activities that include river tubing, state parks, lakes, wine tasting at local wineries, and local festivals. The near by Sauratown Mountain Range includes Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock which are great for hiking, biking, and swimming. In Mount Airy enjoy main street shops, dining, Andy Griffith Museum and Theatre.

The Cottage at Haze Gray Vineyards

Ready for a romantic weekend getaway? Or just a break to get away to the country? This beautiful log cabin situated in a vineyard in the heart of the Yadkin Valley wine country. Our tasting room is situated on the other side of the vineyard where you can taste our wines made from the grapes we grow in our own vineyard. We are located close to several wineries in the local area. Other local Attractions include Rockford General Store, Pilot Mountain. Mt Airy or hiking at numerous parks.

Stony Knoll Vineyards Wine Lodge

A family heritage 1850 log home that was completely renovated in 2007. The front porch overlooks Stony Knoll vineyard grounds and tasting room which is across the street. This wine lodge consists of 1 full bath with a shower and jacuzzi, 1 double bed, 1 king bed and 1 single bed loft. A fully furnished kitchen for all meal prep. A full sized living room with fireplace and TV. Come and enjoy a glass of wine on the front porch or listen to the rain hit the country tin roof.

Whip-O-Will Cabin: Secluded Log Cabin Treehouse

Enjoy a secluded stay in our one of a kind, luxurious log cabin treehouse. The treehouse offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the main floor with a rock shower and the loft bedroom with a half bath. The treehouse has a full wrap around porch with jacuzzi tub overlooking a spring branch and fire pit. Enjoy the outdoor shower with a 16” rainfall shower head under the treehouse next to the spring branch. Our gravel road welcomes you to a cozy home in the trees.
