This beautiful Attic is located in Castelsardo, a medieval village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It is about 300 m from the main beach. The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance Due to its central location, all the main attraction of the north of this beautiful Island are very easy to reach by car. Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. The site offers complete privacy and is equipped for all seasons.

Situato nel residence esclusivo di Arboriamar a stretto contatto con la natura all'interno della macchia mediterranea, questa casa è ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici che cercano un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante in Sardegna a circa 400mt dal mare, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa dispone di Aria condizionata, Internet ed, parcheggio privato ed un bellissimo giardino con uno spezio dedicato per i nostri piccoli ospiti.

B&B in ottima posizione all'interno del paese poichè facilmente raggiungibile da Sassari (Alghero), Castelsardo (Olbia) e Porto Torres. Regala una vista panoramica sul golfo dell'Asinara sia dalla camera, sia dalla terrazza, quest'ultima fruibile per il relax, la colazione e in ogni momento della giornata. La colazione è inclusa all'interno dell'appartamento ma non viene servita, gli ospiti dovranno prepararla da sè avendo il necessario a disposizione.
