We’re in love with Menorca, and our home is a reflection of everything this wonderful island has to offer: beautiful sea views, peace and quiet, and unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Our place has open views on all sides, with no neighbours to either side. It has independent, exclusive access from the street. It’s located in a unique community with a large private 4,000 m² garden that stretches all the way to the sea. The surrounding area is a marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling.

Casa reformada estilo moderno y funcional, situada en una de las zonas más bellas de la costa suroeste de Menorca, Cap d'Artrutx, a sólo 7Km de Ciudadela, (12 minutos en coche), Parada de BUS, cerca el 65 Disfruta de playas cercanas a casa, Calan Bosch a 800mt y Son Xoringuer a 1,6km, o si lo prefieres disfruta, de la piscina y de puestas de SOL increíbles, en el ChillOut de casa. A 15 min, paseando, esta “El Lago”, con (Restaurantes, tiendas, heladerías, alquiler de embarcaciones, etc..)

House on the magnificent beach of Arenal d'en Castell, on the north coast of Menorca. This two storey property has been recently renovated in a sailor design, very in keeping with its beachfront location. On the top floor there is a self contained apartment with separate access which comprises a kitchen, dining room with small terrace and double bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The property has fans on the ground floor and air conditioning in the apartment. Its being rented only together!
