Efthimia's house

Efthimia's house is a traditional stone house situated in the old neighborhood of Kavousi village, between the two byzantine churches of Saint George and Twelve Apostles. The history of this house includes a true love story and marriage during the years of the 1 rst World War of my Great-granparents Efthimia and Michalis. About 100 years later my fother and i decided to restore and renovate this traditional house with much love and respect and to offer a real Cretan experience to our guests.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Το "milos" είναι ένας παραδοσιακός ανεμόμυλος όπου χρονολογείται περίπου από το 1900 και βρίσκεται στο ψηλότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού χωριού Κρούστας σε μια έκταση 1400 τμ. Η πανοραμική θέα είναι ιδανική για στιγμές απόλυτης ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.Περιβάλλεται από έναν περιποιημένο κήπο με κρητικά βότανα,πέτρινο καθιστικό και BBQ ο .Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 13 χλμ από την πόλη και τις καταγάλανες παραλίες του Αγίου Νικολάου.στα 500 μ περίπου από το "milos" .

Ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία με μεγάλη βεράντα και απρόσκοπτη θέα στη θάλασσα. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 επισκέπτες στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο μονά). Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Aqua bliss - Xerokampos i

This house is located near one of the most amazing beaches of Xerokampos. This building contains two apartments that is available for renting and is fully equipped so as guests feel like home. Its pro is that is located next to a mini market and the beach is 100m far. There is a courtyard, with a total area of 2 acres, that has no garden and is yet to be finished, as shown in the last picture. There is just soil and no trees.

The bathroom has a shower/wc.
