Breakfast provisions are provided. The cottage has its own entrance with parking right outside.

Enjoy direct access off this spacious property to the Tukituki River one of the best fly fishing spots in the country, or lounge in the river-view spa and watch the water ripple past. The kids can enjoy a splash in the swim spa, jump on the trampoline, or play football on the large lawn. Wander down to the river and enjoy a picnic on the riverside bench. The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar, straw bale home with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger.
