Private bedroom/closet, one Queen Size bed, private bathroom , shared ample living room, kitchen and dinning room area. TV available in kitchen's and living room, swimming pool with a lounge area to relax. Wi-Fi, lap top friendly. We are close to downtown Chandler, Intel, Orbital, Infusion Soft and other Chandler business, shops, malls, restaurants, bars and grocery stores all are within 5-10 min by car. This is our house where we live and share it with our Airbnb guests. Bathroom not shared.

Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom home in Arizona City. Located in a golf course neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Casa Grande with many dining and shopping options. The house is a perfect central location to Phoenix and Tucson (one hour each way). Enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunsets in our backyard that has a large patio, bistro lights, and water fountain. Our house has an open floor plan with a spacious great room, large couch, kitchen, and desk space that makes for a comfortable stay.

For additional guests, (if available) one or two rollaway beds can be provided upon request, just let us know. Stonehaven - Nestor Room

Stonehaven has become so popular to new and returning guests we have now added the Nestor Room and two other rooms. Because these rooms are smaller and do not have private bathrooms, we have discounted the price significantly, yet guests still have access to all the amenities and common areas which in large part is why Stonehaven is so popular. When the kids moved out we turned our theater room into three bedrooms. There are no windows so these rooms can be very dark, day or night.
