House by the Beach – Spectacular sea views & pool

Welcome to our house by the sea with spectacular sea view roof terass and two en-suite bedrooms. The condominium features a large swimming pool for adults as well as a separate pool for children. There are three outdoor seating areas (two with sea views), plus a balcony off the master suite—also with spectacular sea views—making this the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. AC in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find the living room and a brand-new kitchen (electric stove and oven), as well as a guest WC. There is a small tiled garden with a green hedge, facing the ocean, featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ area. On the other side of the house, there is a north-facing, gated, shaded outdoor area—perfect for hot days. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one sleeps two, and the other sleeps four (queen-size bed plus sofa bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace. The house has been renovated and is newly furnished in light, cheerful colors, with unique pieces throughout. We hope you will feel right at home. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with everything you might need: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, juicer, kettle, mixer, and more.

This house has been totally renovated , it has 3 en-suites, dining and living area in the same environment and a fully equipped kitchenette. You can enjoy two swimming pools, the pool in the main floor (heating option) w/ sun loungers and another on rooftop a small swimming pool with panoramic views, a lounge space, a kitchenette , an Alfresco dining area, a service toilet.

The ground floor has 2 patios, an open-plan living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower. The 1st floor has 1 open-plan bedroom with a mezzanine (with living area with desk) and a bathroom with shower. Very central location, 500m from the Marina. Quiet street with restaurants very close by. There is a house under construction next door that may cause noise during the day.

Rilassatevi in questa antica villa appena rinnovata dotata di piscina dall’acqua limpida e cristallina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. La parte adibita agli ospiti è situata al primo piano e consiste in cucina, soggiorno, due camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno e balcone privato, piscina e due posti auto. Le parti descritte sono ad uso privato ed esclusivo al 100%. Non ci sono altri ospiti nella struttura. Il piano terra è abitato da mia madre di 87 anni. Gli ingressi sono indipendenti.
