Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Stilvolle und ruhige wie auch sehr gemütliche Studiowohnung an zentrale Lage mit Aussicht. 4 min. zu Fuss zur Talstation und dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum. Die Wohnung liegt 1750m.ü. Meer Mit dem Zug über Chur (1h) sehr gut erreichbar (5min zu Fuß von Bahnhof). Ca. 3min zu Fuss zum Obersee und zum Untersee (Badesee mit schöner Holzbadi). Alles elektronisch auch die Toilette. Parkplatz im Haus evtl. auf Anfrage vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen öffentlichen Parkplatz und ein Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder oder max. 4 Erwachsene. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss ist bequem über einen Lift zugänglich. Das Wohn- und das Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist sonnig und die Aussicht auf das traumhafte Bergpanorama lädt zum Verweilen ein. Vom Haus bis zur Busstation sind es nur 200m und der Bus bringt sie bequem zu den Bahnen Weisshorn und Hörnli-Express.

The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet area of Arosa surrounded by ski runs and walking paths. City centre within 5 min. The flat is suitable for 5 people and it has about 70 square meters living space, two sleeping rooms (2 and 3 beds), a bathroom with shower and 2 washbasins and a big balcony. The holiday flat is light and sonny and has 1 big living room. Separate heated room for ski equipment. Outdoor car parking is included.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
