Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

Enjoy a very comfortable room in our Bunkhouse located behind the historic Victorian Estate. A shared front porch and a private back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors in our uniquely mild climate. Our comfortable queen size murphy bed can be converted to a desk during the day. Our saloon style building is completely renovated with a contemporary glass shower in a spacious bath.
