The Grand Porch Guestroom (Room #1) is our only step free access room and has a King bed and en-suite bath. Common areas include a 1st & 2nd floor living room (where the complimentary light breakfast is available), dining room, game room, fire pit and a 50' porch overlooking downtown and the French Broad River. Traditional hotel accommodation that includes two queen beds, private bathroom and air conditioning. These rooms feature a shared balcony with the adjacent room that overlooks into a courtyard area or a parking lot. Our hotel rooms do not have a view of the lake. Please note there is not a TV in the room. There is free parking that includes designated Handicapped Parking spots.
