A gesztenyefasor szomszédságában áll házikónk, a Lipóti Termálfürdőtől egy macskaugrásnyira, közel a gazdag madárvilágáról nevezetes Morotva-tóhoz. Járja be Szigetközt, Lipót kiváló kiindulópont erre! Ehhez 4 kerékpárt biztosítunk Önöknek - térítésmentesen. Vagy csak lazítson a teraszon vagy a kerti jakuzziban! Próbálja ki a grillt! A forró nyári napokon enyhülést hozhat a kerti medence. (Ø 3,6 m)

Az egység 35 m2-en maximum 4 fő számára biztosít kellemes elhelyezést. A motorosan nyitható tetőablakon (tündök) keresztül éjszaka a csillagos égbolt látványában gyönyörködhetsz, reggel pedig a felkelő nappal együtt ébredhetsz.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

In the suburban area of Győr, a separate, quiet living space with a private bathroom and garden area. Free parking on the street. Please note that the place doesn‘t have a kitchen. There is only a mini fridge and a water heater. Unfortunately we cannot provide an additional bed for children.
