Holly Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins, Holly and Dogwood, are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Enjoy evenings in the hot-tub, or on the putting green as dinner is grilled on the Blackstone, then wake up and enjoy coffee at the kitchen table and admire the lake-view through the wall of windows. Since 2022 the house has gotten new fencing, a putting green, a new PAC-MAN machine, a new 2-story Trex deck, and a new boat dock. Privately owned, managed, and cared for.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This tree house is sitting on stilts among trees where a beautiful oak tree comes through the elevated outside dining patio area. The tree house is located on our 15 acres of wooded property with approx. 1 mile in walking trails in the woods on the property for exploring and observing wildlife. Our guests frequently notice our deer and other woodland creatures who share this space with us.
