The apartment sits on our working glamping property, where chickens roam, goats graze, dogs stand guard, and our cats supervise from afar. We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

The closest home to the legendary Mavericks surf beach, and countless world-famous hikes. Sleeps 6 and features: hot tub, indoor/outdoor fire pits, outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars (+ a Tesla EV charger). Includes 4 security cameras: one in the garage, one at the front door, and two in the backyard. The inside of the house is completely private.

Carmelita Creek House

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

For those inclined toward an active lifestyle, we are close to Purisima Creek, Huddart Park, and the El Corte de Madera Hiking and Biking Trails. This space is perfect for two!
