It has been totally renovated inside with new furniture and appliances. It hosts 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Second bedroom has additional set of bunks with double on bottom. There is an outside shower. For boaters and fishermen, there is room to park your boat and it’s about 500 yards from a public marina!

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
