This seasonal home, built in 2023 is just steps away to a beautiful sandy beach. Swim at high tide or just relax on the sand bars at low tide. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Dig your own clams for supper (pail / shovels provided). This property is situated on the beautiful south shore of PEI, overlooking the Northumberland Strait. This adorable home is centrally located between Summerside and Charlottetown. You may even see a cruise ship go by on it's way to and from the City of Charlottetown.

The Beach Nook has beach view and is approximately a 200 meter walk to a beautiful private beach overlooking the Confederation Bridge on the Northumberland Strait, the warm, south side of PEI.
