Garden Cottage - Tiny House

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Bear Necessities - 1 Bdrm 1 Bthrm w/Kitchen/Lvrm

Relax and enjoy Florida indoors and outdoors in this "mini-apartment". You can watch for roaming wildlife and enjoy the tall pine trees, palm trees, and cypress trees from the patio. The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.

Cozy, private two-room suite

A cozy, modern space in a family-friendly town. This two-room apartment with private entrance is in walking distance of the University, restaurants, shops and a Publix grocery store. Equipped with kitchenette. Smart tv in living area. A queen-sized bed with a full bathroom and a walk-in closet. Twin air mattress and Pack ‘n play available. Amenities in town include a waterpark with waterslides and swimming lanes, playgrounds, walking and bike trails, tennis and pickleball courts.

1Rm Studio-Pool, HotTub, Bikes, Kayaks, Near Beach

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Small and cozy studio/room 12x19 with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, full bath, suitable to more or less sleep. Queen size bed. Closet and dresser. This is a separate guest room with a private entrance not connected to another unit. Located in an adorable tropical feel complex in a seafoam green building.
