Unser Haus liegt sehr schön und sonnig. Rundherum sind unsere Wiesen und unser Wald. Direkt vom Haus kommen Sie auf dem Wanderweg Nr. 50 nach Meran 2000. In zwei Minuten erreichen sie die Bushaltestelle. Wir haben auch ein paar Schafe und vier Kälber die im Frühjahr und im Herbst auf den Wiesen grasen. Das Haus steht für sich alleine in Mitten der Natur: direkt unterhalb des Ski- und Wandergebietes Meran 2000 und nur 10km zur Stadt Meran. 170 Quadratmeter bieten Platz für acht bis zu 12 Personen. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.
