Sea bliss is a newer studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. It has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf/kite surf shop, retail stores, a bar and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect also

You won't want to miss the newly updated High Wind Lookout. This spacious four bedroom private home is sound front and canal front with docks on both sides. It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!
