Nestled in a private fenced in backyard of the main house that we reside in, it’s a great place to relax after all the hustle bustle. Perfect for vacationers, layovers, or business travel.

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Art throughout the apartment was created by picture book illustrators. The appliances are all new including a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer unit. Abundant street parking is available and this home is located just half a mile from downtown Decatur.

Welcome to our dreamy guest suite, complete with a huge private deck! This modern space is the perfect home base for your trip to ATL. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Edgewood / Candler Park MARTA train station and a 10 minute drive to Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm arena, museums and theaters in Midtown, and world-class restaurants in Decatur. This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.
