The property is on the edge of a forest where you can wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a sauna, a toilet, a shower, as well as a kitchen. In addition, guests can also dine outside on the terrace. On the 2nd floor of Skrasti there is a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa and a rooftop room with 2 single and 1 double bed.

If you are looking for escape from the town and want to live in quiet forest just 200 m from the sea then this is your place to be. It is a summer house comfortable for couples or families up to 4 people. There is everything you might need to enjoy summer holidays. Kitchen, bathroom and sauna is located on the first floor. Sleeping area is on the second floor. Free parking is available beside the house. Hosts with the small kid and corgi lives in the neighborhood.

There are supermarkets, cafes, farmers market, Miera st culture area, gym, swimming pool, children playground in a 10 min walking radius. People say the place has a peaceful energy. It is quiet apartment with full privacy. Welcome for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids), and I don't mind small size pets too as long as they are nice.

Only 10 minutes from Riga (Krogsils, Ķekava) and you are already in a peaceful rest house with sauna and hot tub. There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals. The price includes a fully equipped house, sauna, firewood, dishes, towels, washing machine, bed linen, charcoal for grill, etc.

Please note, that children under 5 years are not counting as additional guest for price calculation reasons. The hot tub is for extra fee of 80 EUR. Sauna for extra fee of 30 EUR.
