This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Completely restored stone house is situated a few minutes away from the center of Split, the ferry port, railway station and the main bus station. The main town beach, Bačvice, is also located 5 min from apartment. The apartment has 2 separate beds but they can be put together. There is also a kitchen and a small table outside. You are welcome to use the Pool, relax and enjoy the sun on the terrace!!!
