Experience offgrid living at its best. Our cabin sits on 40 acres located in the NW corner of the state of Colorado, in the middle of a giant aspen grove. Nestled at the base of Mt Welba in the Wilderness Ranch subdivision. Included in the rental is our CF moto 6 seater to ride around all of the maintained roads and all of the atv trails located in the NW corner of Routte National Forest. Bring your motorized toys, your mountain bikes, your fishing gear, and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer.

Historic Ranch House and Barn in Savery

Located in the heart of ranching country, this cosy ranch-house welcomes your family and friends with an eclectic mix of antique and modern. This historic cabin was built in 1905. The property is surrounded with public land which is home to mule deer, elk, antelope, moose and other wildlife. It is close to the Colorado border too. Bring your horse, bike fishing rod or four wheeler and explore miles of back roads. You can also fish in the river or explore any of the many historical areas nearby.

Home is clean, fully furnished and will be sanitized after each guest's stay. Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any pets. Horses are optional if owner is notified in advance and has space available.

A simple place to rest after a long day. this Trailer is located at our home which sits on 35 acres. . If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is not too far from the city and is easily accessible to the surrounding mountains then this is the place for you. We are family friendly with bunkbeds in the back if you want to bring the kids along. No Smoking/ pets inside the camper. smoking outside ok. please call with questions.

Our RV's sit on 35 acres lots of space for the kiddos, just minutes from Black MTN which offers hunting ,hiking ,fishing and more .October - December water may not be available in the trailer if extreme cold temperatures exist. We will do our best to keep it
