Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling you are autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon. You are required by QLD law, to provide unobstructed photos of your drivers licence front and rear to clearly identify your name an address.

Welcome to our brand new, self-contained, studio guest room with its own private entrance, solid timber floors and good insulation, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting for guests. Situated across from Peace Park which has great walking tracks and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach.
