Home is centrally located with quick access to all the shopping, grocery, restaurants.

The new tri-toon boat (140HP) is on site and available for rent at prices well below the rental outfits elsewhere on Sinclair. We include a tow rope and large tube as well as all life jackets.

Small piece of paradise-Bluebird Lakefront house.

A great home if you're visiting or working in the area. Lots of comfortable spots indoor and outdoor to relax and live the lake life and keep making beautiful memories. Gas grill, firepit, 2 new kayaks, life vests and everything one would like to find in a lake house. This area is great for fishing and we have an awesome boathouse for your boat. Nice and quiet neighborhood, very convenient for your needs - marina, public boat ramp, grocery store, restaurants, shopping just minutes away.
