The house has four levels: - Ground floor is a combined dining/kitchen area. - First floor is the living room with a built-in study and a couch that converts to a double bed. - Second and third floor each comprise bedrooms with double beds and own bathrooms. A staircase leads to an attic area with sea view over the rooftops to the Adriatic.

Restored from a ruin over 7 years, this house benefits from panoramic sea views, access to the sea, as well as having a pool. If you're looking to escape, you might come and never want to leave! There are lots of water activities for all ages. If you'd just like to look at the sea, but prefer ambling, there are coast as well as hill walks. Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.
