Crossing thru a cedar privacy screen takes you to this native stone cottage crafted by a local artisan and features antique doors with layers of turquoise, exposed wood. The living area has TV / DirecTV, a leather loveseat, dinette and stocked kitchen. There are beautiful views from in and out. A copper heating grate and a transom window are featured. Charcoal grill, fire pit, hot tub to go with your wine!

An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Sip your morning coffee to the sounds of wildlife just a few minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
