This is a private room in a house apartment complex that has 8 apartments and three rooms. This room is located on the top floor where there are other 4 studio apartments. This room is awesome as it has it's own circle shaped balcony and a cute couch and a table perfect for a morning coffee and a summer chill. You are provided with a small fridge and you have your own bathroom with a tile shower. This room is perfect for a small family coming to Sutomore for a short stay and not looking to cook.

VILLA ROAN offers accommodation with a terrace with wonderful sea views. All units come with a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge and a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Apartments are equipped with towels, dishes, etc. The apartment offers a barbecue. Hiking can be enjoyed nearby, to the nearest beach is 0,5 km. Budva is 27 km from VILLA ROAN. The nearest airport is Podgorica Airport (30 km) There is a possibility of transfer from the airport or train station.

We are 3 km away from the Virpazar - tourist center of the lake. This location is ideal for visiting all the beauties of Skadar Lake, and also it is great if you want to visit Montenegro on your own. It contains three studio apartments with free parking. Guests can relax in our garden and vineyard surrounded by beautiful nature. The tourists can also enjoy our old vineyards and wine tasting at our wine cellar. Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, but not included in price.

В 2-3 минутах ходьбы от дома вас ждут небольшие галечные пляжики, а чуть подальше есть и большой городской пляж.

A cozy and comfortable cottage with a spacious terrace is located in a peaceful holiday village, 200 m from a long picturesque beach. There are three restaurants, a cafe, and a grocery store in your way to the beach. You can also cook indoor or outdoor.

Apartment is very quiet in small house with nice green backyard and view to Castle walls that is 15min walk. We are fishing fans and if you like it you can use our gear and boat. We also have few bikes that are available for free with reservation.
